Throughout the Covid pandemic we have remained open and continue to remain open for Business to Business sales and contract work. Face to face meetings are of course difficult at times but we are still able to go to site to carry out surveys and measuring for CAD plans so long as the rules and guidelines are strictly adhered to. Of course we’re available to speak with you over the phone or video call, or share documentation on via e-mail or Teams.
Being part of the construction business, we are permitted to carry out refurbishment & fit-out work on your office and deliver and install office furniture and we have been fully operational in this respect.
The factories are also operational and producing a full range of products although there are some delays due to materials shortages from time to time.
Some of our furniture manufacturing partners are based in the EU and there was a fear that things might become extremely problematical, however we’re very pleased to report that our experience so far has been extremely positive. With one or two minor exceptions manufacturing lead times remain unchanged and we have experienced no issues or hold-ups with getting goods into the UK from the EU.
